Ask about permission for your proposed use
Use the performance inquiry route to ask about availability, permission, fees, rehearsal materials and any applicable conditions. The recordings, lyrics, artwork and website are presented for discovery; access to them does not itself grant permission to stage, adapt, record, stream or otherwise reuse the musical.
Before announcing or presenting a production, request written confirmation of the permissions and terms applicable to your plans. An inquiry is the beginning of that discussion, not a licence or a confirmed booking.
Tell us about your production
- Your organisation, location and primary contact.
- The proposed format: reading, workshop, concert or fully staged production.
- Proposed dates, number of performances, venue and audience capacity.
- Whether admission would be charged.
- Your expected cast and available musical resources.
- Any proposed changes, recording, streaming, publicity or educational use.
Materials and creative questions
Ask which scripts, scores, rehearsal resources or other materials may be available at the time of your inquiry. The concept album is a listening reference; it is not a promise of supplied performance tracks, a complete orchestral score or an approved staging package.
